Detailed itinerary
  • Report in manali around 11 AM
  • Journey begins toward dry cold desert lahoul valley approx. 84 km
  • cross Rohtang pass and overnight stay in the lap of Raja Ghepan village Sissu
  • Overnight stay in village homestay.
  • In the beginning first 8 km journey till Trail starting point.
  • You will be pass through Labrang Gompa.
  • 4 km inclined trail walk.
  • Today trail is like bit ascending and descending though the journey
  • Gaining low height today during the whole journey.
  • You will be the witness to find lushed green grass with wild flower.
  • Rocky ascend in begning after reaching over ridge you do slight descend
  • You will be the witness of shepherd built stone huts ,lushed green beauty of Ghepan Ghat and snow covered mountain.
  • Spending some time over here and then you return to camp 2
  • Need to move early because while crossing river near camp 1 does not possible late in the morning because of snow melt. So it’s dangerous by evening time.
  • Return to Sissu same route and drive back to manali.

  • Personal rucksack loading charges-INR 1500/- .Rucksack wait not more then11kg if its more than more charges may apply. Cost will remains same if you want offload during the journey.
  • Cost of any kind of travel insurance.
  • Any Expenses of Personal nature such as Travel and medical insurance, Drinks, Laundry, Telephone/Fax, Calls, Additional Porte rage or transportations.
  • Any additional Expenses caused by reason beyond our control such as Natural Calamities(Land Slides, Floods etc.), any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, evacuation costs, Etc.

Any tips, and any meals apart from the ones mentioned above.

  • Any other tax or service charge, stay charge that could be enforced during this period will be extra and need to be borne by you.
  • Smoking and Any Kind of Alcohol Drinks not allowed During Program.

Ideally this trek for  experienced trekkers but beginner can also do this trek  but for this they need to physically fit , But during our 5 days journey we are covering distance around 25 km approx.. The secret to covering this distance comfortably lies in building your cardiovascular endurance. For that you need to jog at your place regularly at least 3 km/15minute. Start other exercise like cycling , swimming , rock climbing etc. to boost up your inner strength.

You can do some stretching exercise like quadriceps, hip flexors, push up, crunches, side plank left and right, lower back muscles, shoulder exercise.

How to Reach Manali

You can take bus or volvo from ISBT Delhi or from Manjnu Ka Tilla.

You can book your flight from to Bhunter (Kullu).After Bhunter it is about 50 km to manali. you can take taxy or bus from Bhunter to Manali.
